Per ILEPI’s By-Laws, the Board of Directors shall be composed of a Contractor Director, Union Director, Labor-Management Director, Higher Education Director, Infrastructure Director, Former Elected Official (Republican) Director, Former Elected Official (Democrat) Director, and At-large Director.
